NJMVP Fellowship Intern (Various Positions)
Duration: 3 Months (November 2024 – January 2025)
Location: Remote, with occasional in-person meetings in New Jersey
Compensation: Monthly stipend, certificate of completion, college credits (if eligible), and a volunteer certificate
About NJMVP:
NJMVP (New Jersey Muslim Voice for Progress) is dedicated to empowering and increasing the Muslim community’s participation in civic engagement, promoting voter education, and advocating for representation at every level. We aim to build stronger connections between elected officials and the Muslim community and support initiatives that drive change and inclusivity.
Internship Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fellows to join our team from November 2024 to January 2025, for Muslim Heritage Month Events. This is a unique opportunity for high school, college students, recent graduates, or anyone interested in gaining hands-on experience in civic engagement, community outreach, and nonprofit administration. Fellows will work closely with NJMVP staff on specific projects that align with their skills and career goals, gaining invaluable experience in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment.
